Covid-19 policies + Government Regulations

Our Covid-19 Guidelines
  •  If you are feeling ill with Covid-19 symptoms, have or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive, or been out of the country in the last 14 days we ask that you reschedule your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Please arrive at your appointment time, alone. We aren't allowed a waiting space and can only handle a small capacity of 12. *As weather cools, please keep this guideline in mind. Toronto Health does not have plans to change this rule. We will do our best to notify you with as much time as possible if we happen to be running behind schedule, for any reason.

  • Please bring your own face mask, preferably the ones that loop around your ears. We will have reusable masks available for retail. You may get colour or hair on it, so bring your least favorite one, as you would with your t-shirt. *If you choose to wear a disposable mask, please utilize our PPE Recycling box on your way out.

  • If you are unable to wear a face mask for health reasons, please advise our Team so that we can discuss a solution.

  • Please bring as few items with you as possible.

  • For now we will not be offering beverage service or have books out to read. If you typically need a beverage while out, please bring one with you and consider having a sip outside, before and after your service.

  • There will be multiple hand sanitation stations and physical distance stickers throughout the salon.

  • When you arrive, a Team Member will guide you to the back washrooms with a robe.  We ask that you wash your hands and change.

  • There will be spaced hooks to hang your tops outside of the washroom. *You may request just a cape instead of a robe.

  • From there, you will be guided to your stylists station.

  • We are offering our regular service (ie: consultation, shampoo/conditioner, service, blow-dry, etc.)

  • During your visit we ask that you remain at your stylists station.

  • Retail purchases and the checkout process will be brought to you. Kindly advise of any retail purchases you wanted to make.

  • We have spaced out appointments for proper cleaning time. For that time along with additional supply costs, there will be an additional fee of $4 (in addition to our $2 GCS Recycling Fee). This is a temporary fee (as we hope this new routine will only be for so long...).

  • As we mitigate current events and risk factors, we may alter our current hours to better suit the needs of our business.
