We are happy you found us and can not wait to meet you!

What to Expect

After booking - expect a confirmation with the time, date and hairstylist selected.

​

Prior to your appointment - we send out a few reminders to give you plenty of opportunities to update your appointment as needed and be sure your arrival is smooth. 

​

Getting to the salon - we are located on the south side of Bloor Street West, west of Dufferin. 

  • street parking out front, on side streets or a Green P off of Margueretta & Bloor

  • nearest TTC stop is Dufferin Station - Russet exit

​

Arriving at the salon - early is always best. We hope to greet you at the door with a friendly smile, though if we are all working with clients, we ask that you have a seat at the front. (There are washrooms at the very back of the salon)

​

Getting ready for your hairstylist - we will bring you to the back to hang coats or for any larger items. We will then get you changed into a robe (goes on like a house coat). You can also place any tops/ sweaters in a basket during your service. The robes are to protect your clothing from hair, colour and water. If at any time the robe is uncomfortable, please do let us know and we can look at another option.

 

We recommend not wearing (if you are wearing such items, we ask that you remove them and use the robe to cover up.)

Additional offerings - while you wait for your hairstylist, you can choose from complimentary water, tea, coffee and snacks or cold pressed juice for purchase. We also have a wide range of treatments that you may be able to add on to your service - time dependent.

​

During your service - your hairstylist will consult with you and then proceed with the discussed service. Your service type and time may change depending on what is discussed in your consultation. If your service includes a wash (any colour or full cut service) a dry will also be included (whether its a blow out or diffuse). Add-on Hot Tools if you'd like to have the extra styling.

End of service - after changing out of your robe, we will meet you up at the front desk to help you with any home haircare, pre-booking your next appointment and cashing out your appointment.

After your service - We hope you love your new hair and we look forward to reading your reviews. Please do give us a call or email to book an adjustment within 2 weeks. We are appreciative of any opportunity to make you happy.
